Honey Garlic Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
● Chicken – 500 g
● Hung curd – 1⁄2 cup
● Ginger-garlic paste – 11⁄2 tbsp
● Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
● Garam masala – 1⁄2 tsp
● Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
● Pure Honey – 3 tbsp of Biju Thadathil Himalayan Honey
● Butter – 1 tbsp
● Salt
Directions:
● Mix all ingredients except butter to make a marinade and coat the chicken well.
● Rest them covered for 6–8 hours for better flavour.
● Grill or bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes, turning once.
● Brush butter mixed with Vaidacharya Black honey halfway through cooking.
● Cook till lightly charred, smoky and juicy. Serve hot.
● Serve immediately to your loved ones.
