Honey Chilli Paneer
Ingredients:
● Paneer – 250 g (cubed)
● Cornflour – 3 tbsp
● All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
● Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
● Capsicum – 1 sliced
● Onion – 1 sliced
● Green chillies – 2 slit
● Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
● Vinegar – 1 tsp
● Pure Honey – 2 tbsp
● Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
● Oil, salt
Directions:
● Mix cornflour, maida, salt, water → coat paneer.
● Deep fry till golden. Keep aside.
● Heat oil, sauté ginger-garlic, onion, capsicum, chillies.
● Add sauces, vinegar, salt. Cook for 30–40 seconds.
● Toss fried paneer and coat well.
● Switch off flame → drizzle Biju Thadathil Farm Kashmiri White Honey and mix gently.
● Serve immediately.
