Honey Butter Naan
Ingredients:
● Maida – 2 cups
● Curd – 1⁄2 cup
● Baking powder – 1⁄2 tsp
● Sugar – 1 tsp
● Salt
● Butter – 2 tbsp
● Pure Honey – 21⁄2 tbsp of Biju Thadathil Wild Forest Honey
Directions:
● Knead soft dough with all ingredients using little water if needed.
● Cover and rest the dough for 2 hours until soft and pliable.
● Divide dough into equal balls and roll into oval naans.
● Cook on a hot tawa, flipping until bubbles form and both sides are cooked.
● Brush hot naan with butter and Vaidacharya Kashmir Multiflora honey
immediately.
● Serve warm for best taste
