- 2 tbsp Biju Thadathil Farm Pure Honey
- 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- Oil (for frying)

- In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté the ginger-garlic paste until aromatic.
- Add the sliced onion, capsicum, and green chillies. Stir-fry over high heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender yet crunchy.
- Pour in the soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 30–40 seconds.
- Add the fried paneer cubes and gently toss until every piece is coated with the sauce.
- Turn off the heat and drizzle 2 tablespoons of Biju Thadathil Farm Kashmiri White Honey over the paneer. Toss gently to coat without overcooking the honey.
- Serve immediately while hot. Garnish with spring onions or sesame seeds if desired.
💡 Chef's Tip
For the best flavour and to preserve its natural goodness, always add the honey after switching off the flame. This helps retain its delicate aroma and natural enzymes while giving the dish a perfect sweet-spicy glaze.
